Human Eyes UX was created to explore how we might apply design process to address real-world problems. Many of the top performing companies position UX at the center of their product and service development and innovation. Data and outcomes prove that these investments lead to more profitable businesses and better customer experiences.

The purpose of Human Eyes UX is to push beyond the bounds of profitability and business growth. Our company-agnostic and product-agnostic approach is truly human-centered. In a world where we face countless social and environmental issues and have lost the ability to truly see and hear one another, the purpose of Human Eyes UX is to leverage design process to elevate the human narrative, drive empathy and generate ideas for positive change.

Our work will focus on real-world problems, including mental health, housing, employment, education, diversity and inclusion, addiction, family structure, environmental issues, healthcare, racism, and wellness. Our hypothesis is that this work will provide critical insights for organizations with missions tied to solving these problems - including non-profits and governmental entities.

While our work may not always lead to clear answers, it will be focused on truth-telling, surfacing the stories of lived human experiences and delivering meaningful insights to cultivate compassion. Our goal is to drive empathy and innovation through human narrative. We believe we can work together to build a better world, and we must.
